Description:

The retreat will begin with dinner at 6:30pm on Monday 16 Oct – you are welcome to arrive from 6pm on that day – and end after lunch on Saturday 21 Oct. The first 2 days will be held in silence (other than in meetings).

Accommodation:

There are several types of accommodation available:

Standard shared rooms (2 beds with shared bathroom), Standard singles, En-suite shared rooms (2 beds with en-suite bathroom), En-suite singles, Camping/Campervan, Non-resident.

Shared rooms will be allocated by gender, unless you book as a couple, in which case please book two tickets to secure a room together.

If you’d like to share a room with a friend, add their name in the ‘order notes’ section when booking and we’ll do our best to put you together.

More about accommodation

Meals:

All food is vegetarian, including dairy-free alternatives such as organic soya milk, vegan yoghurt and soya margarine. All soups at lunch are vegan and most of the salads (roughly 60% of dinners are vegan). Garden produce is used when available including green salads and a large range of culinary herbs from the extensive herb garden. Local suppliers are sourced whenever possible. There is a separate tea making area with a wide range of beverages and a fridge for any food participants would like to bring bring.

Catering is also available for special diets (allergies/intolerances, fully vegan etc.) for which centre charge an extra £4 per meal, which comes to £40 over the 5 days. Please let us know in your order notes if you wish to take advantage of this.

Schedule:

There will be 3 meetings each day

8:30am – Breakfast
9:30am – Gentle body warm up (optional)
10 to 11:30am – Meeting 1
11:30am to 12noon – Tea
12noon to 1pm – Meeting 2
1pm – Lunch then free time
4:30 to 6:30pm – Meeting 3
6:30pm – Dinner

Event Group:

Once you have booked your place you will be added to the event group where you can connect with other participants – to offer/request lifts to the event, exchange information or connect socially. We will also use the group to share important retreat information. You can access the group anytime via the ‘My Account’ tab in the main menu.

Cancellations:

£100 non-refundable deposit on confirmation of booking.
Balance due by 28th August 2017.
75% of balance refunded if cancelled before 4th Sept 2017
50% of balance refunded if cancelled before 11th Sept 2017
25% of balance refunded if cancelled before 18th Sept 2017
No refund if cancelled after 18th Sept 2017
