This day event forms the second part in a 3 part series. In the first part, Self-realisation, we explored the common, consensus belief – that what we are is a separate entity, located inside the body, thinking thoughts, initiating actions, controlling how our life unfolds – to discover that actually, when we look with child-like innocence, we can experience ourself in an entirely new way.
This second part explores how that Self-realisation, rather than being the end goal, is actually the beginning of beautiful process of unravelling. For in taking on the fundamental belief that we are exclusively a separate ‘self’, we develop all kinds of self-beliefs, body tensions and coping mechanisms in order to uphold and protect that fundamental belief, that in turn serve to constrict and distort our actions in life. On realising our true, boundless nature, we can begin to fully acknowledge and listen to these contractions, allowing them to gently unfold, and so unlock the energy and creativity bound therein.
Through talks, discussion and meditations, James will guide us through this process of transformation, that frees us to open to vulnerability, to experience the fullness of life, to celebrate the magical wonder of being.
